How far in advance should I book a limousine?
What is included in the service?
Our service includes a professional licensed chauffeur, fuel, insurance, and vehicle maintenance. All vehicles feature premium amenities with climate control and complimentary water. For airport transfers, we include real-time flight monitoring with complimentary wait times: 15 minutes for standard pickups, 45 minutes after domestic flights, and 60 minutes after international flights. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time beyond grace periods, stops, airport fees, peak-hour surcharges, and NYC congestion pricing. Gratuity (typically 20%) may be automatically added per NYC industry standards.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop-off services?
Yes! Airport transfers are one of our specialties. We service all major NYC-area airports (JFK, LGA, EWR). We monitor your flight in real-time to adjust for delays or early arrivals. Our chauffeurs will be waiting at the designated pickup location. Complimentary wait time is 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights after arrival. Please note that cancellations within 12 hours of airport transfers are subject to a 100% fee as dispatch and flight-tracking resources have been allocated.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48-24 hours incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the fare. No-shows (no contact within 30 minutes of pickup, or 45 minutes for airport pickups) are billed in full. Airport transfers have stricter terms with 100% cancellation fees within 12 hours. For special events, a 25-50% non-refundable deposit is required.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?

They undergo regular training in customer service, safety protocols, and defensive driving. Can I request specific amenities or decorations?
Yes! We love personalizing your experience. Special requests such as champagne for celebrations, specific music preferences, decorations for weddings or proms, or other amenities can be arranged when booking. Please note that customers must provide their own child safety seats (required by NYC law for passengers under 8 years old), though these can be pre-arranged with us. Chauffeurs are not permitted to install child seats for liability reasons. Some special requests may incur additional charges.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure all bookings. Payment can be made securely online during booking, or you can pay at the end of your service. Final charges will be billed to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified.
