Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are assessed based on the timing of the cancellation and the type of service booked. All refunds are issued according to the Company's Cancellation Policy.

Full Refunds

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

The reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

The Company cancels the service due to mechanical failure, safety concerns, or operational issues.

Extreme weather or city-mandated restrictions make the service unsafe or impossible, and the cancellation is initiated by the Company.

Duplicate bookings or accidental double charges occur.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds apply under the following circumstances:

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are refunded 50% of the total fare.

If a downgrade of vehicle type occurs due to availability issues, a price adjustment will be issued.

No additional compensation is provided for traffic delays, extended travel times, or route changes caused by NYC conditions beyond the Company's control.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following fees and services are non-refundable:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time.

No-show reservations.

Deposits for weddings, proms, holidays, special events, and peak NYC dates (typically 25–50%).

Payments for add-ons such as special amenities, decorations, or pre-purchased refreshments.

Toll charges, parking fees, or congestion pricing already incurred.

Refunds for Airport Transfers

For airport pickups (JFK, LGA, EWR):

Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled arrival or departure are not refundable.

Flight delays do not qualify for refunds, but the Company will adjust pickup times within reasonable limits.

Service Quality Concerns

If you believe service was not delivered as promised:

You must notify the Company within 48 hours of the completed trip.

Refunds or credits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be denied if the issue resulted from factors beyond the Company's control (traffic, weather, city closures, airport delays, etc.).

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, customers agree to:

Contact the Company directly to resolve the issue.

Provide reservation details and a description of the concern.

Unfounded chargebacks may result in service refusal for future bookings.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within:

3–7 business days for credit/debit card payments

7–10 business days for bank transfers

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Modifications vs. Refunds

If you choose to reschedule instead of cancel:

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If the new date is unavailable, the cancellation policy (and refund rules) will apply.
