Terms & Conditions

All reservations must include accurate pickup time, location, passenger count, and service type.

A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure all bookings.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person who provides incomplete or inaccurate information.

All rates are quoted based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, stops, airport fees, peak-hour surcharges, and NYC congestion pricing.

Final charges will be billed to the credit card on file unless otherwise specified.

Gratuity for chauffeurs may be automatically added as per NYC industry standards (typically 20%).

For standard pickups, a 15-minute grace period applies before waiting time is charged.

For airport pickups, waiting time begins 45 minutes after domestic flights and 60 minutes after international flights, unless otherwise arranged.

Customers are responsible for any additional waiting charges resulting from delays beyond the Company's control.

Seat belts must be worn at all times in accordance with NYC safety regulations.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed in any vehicle.

The Company may terminate the ride without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, abusive, or destructive behavior.

Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in repair or cleaning fees.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits safely within the vehicle's capacity.

The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

The chauffeur may refuse to load items that pose safety risks.

The Company reserves the right to substitute the reserved vehicle with a comparable or upgraded vehicle if the original unit becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, safety concerns, or operational needs.

Substitution does not entitle the Customer to any refund unless downgrading occurs.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or events beyond its control.

Estimated travel times provided at booking are not guaranteed.

Chauffeurs may refuse unsafe routes or stops prohibited by NYC law.

Cancellations are governed by the Company's official Cancellation Policy, which the Customer agrees to upon booking.

No-show bookings are billed in full.

Alcohol consumption is permitted only by passengers aged 21 or older.

The Company reserves the right to stop service if excessive alcohol consumption creates a safety risk or leads to misconduct.

NYC law requires appropriate child seats for passengers under 8 years old.

Customers must provide their own child seats unless pre-arranged with the Company.

Chauffeurs are not permitted to install child seats for liability reasons.

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service delays or failures.

Maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific booking.

Customer information is used solely for booking, billing, and service communication.

The Company does not sell or share customer data except as required by law or payment processors.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved in a New York court of competent jurisdiction.

By booking or using the Services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
