Cancellation Policy

Reservation Confirmation

All reservations are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received. NYC regulations require accurate trip details at the time of booking; any changes may affect pricing and availability.

Free Cancellation Period

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before pickup will be charged 50% of the total fare, including any applicable tolls or surcharges.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup will be charged 100% of the total fare, as the vehicle and chauffeur have been exclusively assigned.

No-Show Policy

A passenger is considered a no-show if they cannot be contacted and do not appear within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time (or 45 minutes for airport pickups after flight arrival). No-shows are billed the full fare.

Reservation Changes

Changes to pickup time, destination, number of passengers, or vehicle type are subject to availability. Modifications requested within 24 hours of the trip may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.

Airport Transfers

For JFK, LGA, EWR, and other NYC-area airports, cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled arrival or departure time are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, as dispatch and flight-tracking resources have been allocated.

High-Demand Dates & Special Events

For weddings, proms, New Year's Eve, major conventions, parades, and other NYC peak-demand events, a non-refundable deposit of 25–50% is required. Cancellations for these dates will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Traffic & Weather Considerations

Due to NYC's traffic conditions and potential weather disruptions, clients are encouraged to schedule pickups with adequate buffer time. These factors do not qualify for cancellation-fee waivers unless the company initiates the cancellation for safety reasons.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where the company must cancel due to mechanical issues, safety concerns, or extreme weather advisories issued for NYC, clients may choose between a full refund or priority rescheduling at no additional cost.
